In Store Pick-Up Policy
We now offer free local pickup at our boutique located at:
3764-B Moffett Road, Mobile, Alabama 36618
Customers may pickup during normal business hours:
Tuesday-Friday from Noon-6pm, Saturday 11am-5pm
In store pick up orders are available up to 5 business days for in-stock, 7-14 business days for custom made to order after purchase date. Customers will receive email notification when the order is available for pickup.
Here's how it works:
- During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup.
- Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
- Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
- We'll hold your items at the store for 7 business days after order pick-up confirmation. If you do not make it in by then, your items will be returned and you will be issued a store credit to your ONLINE account. Online and boutique credits and purchases are separate.
Only you can pick up your oder. You must bring the following items with you to the store in order for us to process your shipment:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
- Your order number.
RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PICKUPS FROM ONLINE PURCHASES:
We do not accept returns or exchanges at the storefront for any online purchases. For returns/exchanges of online-purchased merchandise, you must send by mail to the address 3764-B Moffett Road, Mobile, Alabama 36618.
