TALLIT BAGS

Tallits

The Tallit is the fulfillment of God's instruction to the Israelites that they attach fringes (tzitziyot) to the four comers of their garments (Numbers 15:38-40). In later years, the Jewish people created a special Tallit so they could fulfill God's commandment, a shawl that is worn during times of prayer. White is the preferred color for the Tallit because Scripture says that God himself is clothed in a garment of light (Psalm 1 04:2). The most commonly used Tallit is trimmed in black so that the Jewish people will be reminded of the destruction of the Temple. Another popular style is a white Tallit trimmed in blue, which was the pattern for the flag of the nation of Israel.

Regardless of your taste in style, we hope you find the Tallit you're looking for here, at RIGHTEOUS!
